1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Apnokiwaaz in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Apnokiwaaz provides a voice-messaging and AI-powered family communication platform. The service allows elders to send voice messages via WhatsApp, which are transcribed, summarised, and relayed to family members with AI-generated reply suggestions.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at
apnokiwaaz@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Send harassing, abusive, or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
- Share account credentials with unauthorised parties
- Register multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits
5. WhatsApp Usage
Apnokiwaaz operates via WhatsApp. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.
6. Subscription & Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the service was not used.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform code, UI design, branding, and AI prompts are the intellectual property of Apnokiwaaz. Content you create (messages, voice recordings) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process that content to deliver the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Apnokiwaaz is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Service Availability
We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for issues arising from WhatsApp downtime or third-party AI provider outages.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via WhatsApp or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
